RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements and skill sets needed.
Leverage various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.- Screen candidates meticulously to ensure alignment with company standards and culture.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand evolving needs and priorities.
- Implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition, staying ahead of industry trends.
Serve as a liaison between the recruitment and operations teams, facilitating communication and coordination
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Possesses at least one year of experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Demonstrates excellent assessment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits effective verbal and written communication abilities.- Is capable of working with minimal supervision.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
