Job Description

Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Creation of monthly scorecards based on actual performance
Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provides needed Talent Acquisition Reports and Analysis
Works with the Sourcing team in identifying market intel data
  • Works with Volume, Non Agent and Sourcing team to create business reviews
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Has the responsibility in identifying audit process to ensure compliance of the team in needed onboarding requirements.

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business on any field.
  • BPO Industry and management experience of at least 5-6year(s) of working experience in the Volume and Executive Recruitment.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Highly organized and has extensive experience in onboarding and compliance.
Highly analytical and with in-depth experience creating reports and analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
