- Our tutor community grew to over 1,600+ tutors from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, Oxford and Cambridge, strengthened its onsite China sales team and consultants team and remote workforce in the Philippines to 40+ associates. We have expanded our operation to China with the establishment of 2 offices in Beijing and Chengdu in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Our client base has grown to include some of the largest Chinese education firms such as New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU). We're now actively expanding our platform globally to bring the benefits of the VIPTutors platform to education organisations around the world.
- Job Title : Community Support Associate (core tutor and client support)
Source, interview, and onboard international tutors per month
- Assist tutors with any inquiries and concerns
Run check-in conversations with tutors- Gather Trustpilot reviews per month
Audit tutor profiles on the website
Manage client contact and correspondence
- Process client orders/bookings end to end
Manage and resolve any emerging issues around client orders/bookings- Ensure that all stages of booking happen seamlessly; from booking requests, to booking confirmation, monitoring online bookings via zoom, validating bookings, securing feedback and processing tutor payment
Audit invoice and other tutor payment records for assigned case group
- Encourage clients to secure more orders/bookings, as needed
Minimum 1 year of experience in tech or startup companies, an advantage
- Experience in recruitment an advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities/projects- Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Recent graduate of any 4-year course preferably Communications/Business related
- With stable high-speed internet connection
Own reliable laptop/computer capable of running multiple applications at the same time
Payment: up to 26k starting offer per month depending on experience and qualifications- Rewards after 3 months : paid offline days
Work Hours: Shifting/rotating schedule 6am-3pm , 11am-8pm, 6pm-3am ; weekday off
- Contract length & type: one (1) year renewable overseas contract, independent contractor
