As a
Recruiter at Tailored Management, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to independently drive placements for one or more of our incredible clients. The collective goal of our organization is to drive revenue through placements by meeting and exceeding our clients service expectations while simultaneously meeting candidate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing diverse candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their assignment duration.
- Consult with candidates to understand their career goals and market availability.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and facilitate the offer process.
- Achieve and exceed client coverage goals for open positions.
- Collaborate with client service teams to provide timely updates and gather feedback.
