Recruiter (Project-Based)

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, industry networks, and other channels.
2. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for each project.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific project needs, timelines, and required skills.
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing them with valuable insights on candidate suitability.
5. Manage and prioritize multiple positions, balancing urgent needs with quality of hire.
6. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience.
7. Report on progress, challenges, and insights related to hiring, ensuring transparency with the hiring manager.
8. Monitor hiring performance against key metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or any related field
• Preferably with 1+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in recruiting job boards such as LinkedIn and Jobstreet.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple roles and deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be willing to work onsite daily in Pasay City.
• Must be open to be hired under a contractual employment.
