The Role:

As a Recruiter specializing in Sales, Marketing, and other niche non-IT positions, you'll be on a mission to source and recruit the best sales professionals in the Philippines for our biggest clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process that includes candidate attraction, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, and vetting. You will work collaboratively with our sourcing, marketing, and client services teams in planning and executing a talent sourcing strategy that attracts high-quality candidates and builds a strong employer brand. You will do this through genuine and selfless efforts to better the professional lives of all that you meet.
The Responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle recruitment including applicant sourcing, resume screening, skills assessments, interviews, and background checks for sales and marketing positions, including other non-IT niche roles.
- Manage key client relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business, industry knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintenance of ATS applicant profiles to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Data reporting and analysis in assigned area of recruitment activities and results, ensuring reliable information for decision-making and process improvements.
- Build and maintain a strong Talent Pool of skilled professionals in the Sales and Marketing industry to fulfill current and future hiring requirements.
- When needed, serve as brand ambassador at various in-person and online eventssuch as job fairs, job caravans, on-campus recruiting events, industry conferences, event sponsorships, webinars, advertising campaigns, PR events, etc.to drive brand awareness and attract skilled candidates.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience with a focus on corporate and non-IT niche roles.
- Ability to identify, engage, and recruit passive skilled candidates on various Talent platforms.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication with the ability to effectively communicate complex requirements to clients and applicants.
- Advanced knowledge of web-based ATS and CRM platforms.
- General knowledge of local employment laws and best labor practices.
- Hands-on experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other similar programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets as a niche recruiter in an RPO or recruitment/staffing firm is a definite advantage.
- Extensive network of professionals in high-demand niche markets (SaaS, manufacturing, telecommunications, FMCG, hospitality, etc.).
