FULFLLD is a trusted delivery and fleet management software. We are looking to hire a Recruiter to assist us with our volume hiring of drivers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about finding and hiring top-quality drivers to meet the growing demands of our business.
Source & Recruit: Develop strategies to attract qualified drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and evaluate tests and background checks.
Candidate Management:
Maintain candidate records, communicate regularly, and assist with onboarding.Collaboration:
Work with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment updates.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and improve recruitment processes.
Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
