Job Description

As a US HealthcareRecruiter, you'll leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with top healthcare talent while collaborating with hiring managers to develop robust recruiting strategies. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities and use advanced ATS tools will ensure you deliver top-notch results.

• Conduct warm and cold outreach to caregivers and CNAs via phone, email, and job boards.
  
• Source and screen candidates using tools like Indeed, Workable, and other platforms.
  
• Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-ups with candidates.
  
• Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting plans.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on the healthcare industry is required.
  
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Indeed and Workable.
  
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
