Role Summary:
The Recruiter I will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting qualified healthcare professionals (HCPs) to join Avant's program. You will be responsible for conducting efficient screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process. Your ability to build strong relationships, maintain a high level of customer service, and meet performance metrics will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Screen, interview, and assess HCP candidates to determine eligibility for the Avant program.
- Conduct interviews through various channels, including phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Analyze applications and interview responses to make informed recommendations to leadership.
- Thoroughly document assessment results, recommendations, and communication in the database.
- Gather necessary information and documentation from candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively follow up with candidates to obtain required documentation and information.
- Communicate hiring decisions to candidates, extend employment offers, and address inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve recruitment process issues, escalating to the Recruitment Manager as needed.
- Pipeline Management:
- Actively review and monitor the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely progress.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and the Document Control team to ensure file completeness.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment pipeline and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to create content and marketing materials.
- Share knowledge, learn from colleagues, and contribute to team strategies and success.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, communication platforms, and database management.
