Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand evolving needs and priorities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements and skill sets needed.
Serve as a liaison between the recruitment and operations teams, facilitating communication and coordination.- Amenable to submit reports
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Demonstrates excellent assessment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Is capable of working with minimal supervision.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
