Create and manage content for the Hotel's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain hotels digital presence.
Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in hotel's marketing campaigns.
Collaborates with internal and external partners suppliers and service providers.
Handles other responsibilities as required by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mass Communications, Marketing Management, Hotel Management/Tourism or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
2-3 years relevant work experience as an Asst. Manager or Managerial Role.
Proficient in English Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
Computer Savvy; Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, as well as photo and video editing software;
