Qualifications:_
- College Graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Entrepreneurial Management.
With experience in tele-collection is an advantage but is not required.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to be assigned at San Pedro, Laguna.
_Job Description:
_- Checks the completeness of submitted documents of accounts for transfer to Recovery Management Section (RMS) and to return to BLUs those with incomplete documents.
Informs the BLUs about the lacking documents for transfer and follow-up with BLUs the submission of lacking requirements.
- Tags the accounts as recovery account in ELMS.
Conducts tele-collection of accounts endorsed to Recovery.- Forwards all accounts with compromise agreement to the BLU for visitation and collection.
Prepares daily and monthly reports concerning tele-collection activities.
- Coordinates with the collection agency with regards to the client's payment.
Performs other tasks as directed from time to time.
