Job Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the custodianship and registration / annotation / encumbrance of loan and collateral documents according to the parameters and guidelines provided by the units operations manual.

How will you contribute

  • Fulfillment of the ff functions
  • 1. Custodian of fully paid documents for release to the clients.
  • 2. Preparation of Release of Chattel Mortgage
  • 3. Conduct annual inventory of fully paid collateral documents.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelors Degree holder.
  • With experience in Documentation handling/review, Custodianship/safekeeping of important bank documents, or general banking operations.
