Receives, records, processes and releases students records and other student-related academic documents. This may include updating accurate data in record-keeping systems.
Evaluates all academic credits of the students and determines the authenticity and validity of students credentials for purposes of registration and to enforce admission requirements.
Manages of all correspondence regarding student records with third parties while adhering to Philippine laws. Issues transfer credentials, transcript of records, diplomas, and other documents.
Prepares reports on enrollment, promotion, and other data which may be required by regulating agencies of the government such as Department of Education (DepEd), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Ensures that all information acquired by the College is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose it is intended for. Manages and updates student and faculty record-keeping systems or devices.
