Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR - Inter company; reconciliations & month end related activities. Also providing guidance & training to other team members.
- Ensure readiness for month end activities, adherence to cut offs and completeness of all entries done by the team.
- Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions and statutory compliance
- Ensure team alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
- Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and propose potential solutions.
- Responsible to flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans where needed.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses,
- At least 5 years solid Finance/Accounting experience with Record to Report/ General Accounting
- 4 years Supervisory experience
- Amenable to work Full RTO & night shift schedule
- Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
