Job Description

Altus Capital Partners is a boutique investor and asset manager, focused on special situations and structured finance investments in Southeast Asia.

The business currently has footprint in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, and Hong Kong with Business Development, Asset Management and Operations teams spread across the region.

We are currently looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. It's a 6 months position, located in our BGC office.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Verification

  • Accurately input data from various sources, including paper documents, digital records, and forms, into computer systems or databases.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
  • Transcribe, scan, or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed

Record Maintenance

  • Update and maintain databases by entering new and updated information.
  • Ensure data is organized and easily accessible.
  • Ensure that physical and soft copies of the documents are properly filed and organized

Quality Control

  • Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication
  • Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Data Retrieval and Reporting

  • Retrieve and provide specific data records as requested
  • Generate and distribute data reports or summaries as needed.
  • Assist in data analysis and interpretation

Data Security

  • Follow data protection and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information

Collaboration

  • Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Qualifications:

    • College graduate of Business, Education or other related courses.
    • At least 1 year of experience, internship included.
    • 6 months contract.
    • Experience with Excel is mandatory.
    • Ability to quickly process and organize information with a high attention to detail.
    • Ready to start asap in our Makati office.
