Pink Parlour is hiring for Reconciliation Accountant/Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial records by comparing and reconciling various accounts and statements.
- Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and credit card statements
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances found during reconciliation processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting reconciliations
Prepare reports and maintain documentation of reconciliation procedures and results- Assist with internal and external audits by providing reconciled financial data and supporting documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information and resolve reconciliation-related issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline reconciliation processes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Xero) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, Spreadsheet)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple reconciliations simultaneously
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus- Amenable to work in Tektite Tower, Ortigas Center Pasig City for a hybrid setup
