We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
- File and organize documents
- Provide support for real estate administrative tasks
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members
- Handle medical receptionist duties if required
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
- Coordinate and plan events as necessary
- Transcribe documents accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in event planning is a plus
