Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting of guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
Inform other employees of visitors arrivals or cancellations.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Maintain contact lists
Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
Prepare and monitor invoices
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding,
scanning etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Hand out employee applications.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Take and relay messages.
