REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate of any Business course (Administration, Marketing, IT or any similar field)
With good oral & written communication skills (experience working with expats is a plus)- Flexible and experienced in dealing with people at all levels
Trustworthy with matters of high confidentiality
- With at least one (1) year related work experience
Handle all incoming calls of all employees.
- Monitor all telephone call charges of the employees.
Receiving/entertaining company guests and visitors.- Handling the distribution of mails.
Coordinating with courier companies regarding pick-up and tracking of documents.
- Monitoring the daily odometer reading of all company cars.
Maintain various logbooks of the Office of the President.- Monitor the daily attendance of company drivers.
Schedule all company cars for the different itineraries of the day.
- Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR) for any materials/items needed for the Office of the President. Verify purchase status and keep track on material distribution and usage.
Prepare Material Issuance Slip (MIS) for the various supplies of the Office of the President.
