JOB DESCRIPTION:- Answer and direct all phone calls
Greet all office guests- Manage, clean and organize the front desk
Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
- Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
Collect and sort all mail and packages- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
Answer guests and employees questions
Provide occasional tours of the office- Support the office manager and administrative assistants
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in the related field
Proficient in both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in software applications (Windows and MS Office)
Can work with minimal supervision Organized and detail oriented
