The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. This role involves managing the front desk, handling various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.- Manage the office's main email account, responding to inquiries or forwarding messages as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, files, and records.
Handle mail distribution and manage incoming/outgoing packages.- Assist in special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Graduate of any bachelor's degree; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.- Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
