Education: Any graduation

Role Description

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and performing clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in the HR industry or related field is a plus
