Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year course or at least 2-year course program.
- With at least 2 years working experience as a Receptionist.
- Must be organized and have strong sense of customer service.
Job Description
- Greets and accommodates incoming visitors, staff, and Executives.
- Monitors and updates the conference room reservations and company vehicles bookings.
- Verifies visitors/client's identification and meeting schedule to person concerned prior directing to its appointment.
- Answers and direct phone calls. Take messages and other information accurately and forward the same to concerned person.
- Maintains and update company directory.
- Ensures orderliness of reception area and conference room.
- Ensures that the documents going to and from site areas will be delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the documents.
- Ensures that the safety rules, proper etiquette, good housekeeping and Company policies are being observed and institutes disciplinary measures among his/her subordinates when established rules& regulations are being violated.
- Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duties and suggests possible solution that may be thought of.
- Practices good housekeeping daily on tools, equipment & working area.
- Collate the itinerary of the Messengers and input it in the monitoring sheet.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
