Meeting and greeting clients.- Answering all incoming calls and assisting as required
Working closely with the property management and sales team with administrative duties
- Ensuring the working area/lobby is clean and presentable at all times
Manage all incoming and outgoing email correspondence- Coordinating repairs with clients and contractors, assigning work to contractors, and regularly updating contractors on project's progress
Managing the building's staff, including training, scheduling work shifts, and overseeing work performance
- All other duties assigned by the Building Manager
- Bachelor/College Degree in Property Management, Operation Management or equivalent.
With at least one year related experience
- With pleasing personality
Can easily adapt to the situation- Willing to work in Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City
