Ensures strict implementation of standard receiving procedures for accurate, fast, and quality in receiving goods.
Maintains timely and accurate receiving of goods to ensure the availability of products on the sales floor at all times.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures fast, accurate, and smooth transactions for all incoming and outgoing merchandise either outright, consigned, or non-trade items.
Ensures a correct warehouse inventory of the merchandise through accurate counting and receiving transactions and correct key-in of quantity in the system.
Takes charge of ensuring that the quality of merchandise received is protected while in the receiving area.
Coordinates with the delivery man, vendor, and concerned buyer for smooth and immediate return and pull-out of RTV items. As well as, timely payment deductions to suppliers.
Checks and monitors delivery schedules ensuring goods are received in convenient manner.
Observe all high-shrink merchandise are receive 100% checking of all items at all times.
Ensures all items received are properly documented and entered in the system within the day.
Reports the Direct Shipment to buying for P.O. Issuance and allocation of items.
Coordinates with Logistics for a speedy schedule of direct shipment items for allocation and transfer.
Facilitates and coordinates inter-warehouse transfer.
Monitor Supplier Transaction Slip (STS) are regularly done with correct changing per shipment location.
Oversees receiving back door area and checks all receiving documents on a daily basis.
Reports all damaged items both mark down and items for disposal.
Coordinates with buying for all not-linked items.
Monitors free items. Premiums, and for bundling items and coordinating with the Merchandising Department.
Reports Negative On Hand.
Ensures all equipment and machines are in good working condition.
Exercises safety and security procedures in all receiving areas and activities at all times.
Trains newly hired personnel.
Alter Ego of Receiving Manager.

EDUCATION: College Graduate
EXPERIENCE/SKILL: At least one (1) year of experience in a related industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills; computer literate
PERSONALITY: decisive, self-motivated, goal/ result and people-oriented
