JOB SUMMARYResponsible for complying with the effective issuance of documents to delivery personnel through the accurate preparation of Gate Pass (GP) and through having proper coordination with the respective Dispatcher.
- Must be a college graduate of any business course
At least 6 months working experience in Logistics /Dispatcher
- Experience in manufacturing or construction industry is an advantage
Computer literate and must be familiar in SAP- Must be physically and mentally fit to adapt to the pressure of work
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Willing to be assigned in FCIE, Dasma

- MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures accuracy in requesting stocks for delivery based truck's capacity and schedule.
- 2. Monitors all issued Gate Pass for delivery and its corresponding DR and Sales Invoice (SI).
- 3. Monitors timely arrival of truck based on daily delivery schedule.
- 4. Ensures compliance to distribution cost target based on approved profit plan per district.
- 5. Ensures accuracy in issuance of Gate Pass.
- 6. Ensures accuracy and encoding of trucks arrival based on agreed lead-time.
- 7. Prepares and releases DR for loading processing based on agreed lead-time.
- 8. Monitors Dashboard and report discrepancy and system problem encountered.
- 9. Ensures compliance to Traffic's ISO Quality Manual.
