Job Description

Receivable Management Supervisor activities of the company by rendering sound investment management and control to maximize the company's funds, handles non-project related customer receivables and ensures submission of Investment and Receivables related reports covered by the section while observing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that all duties and responsibilities of subordinates are executed properly
Supervise the function of subordinates, evaluates objectively the performance of the said subordinates and submits all appraisals to immediate superior
  • Manages efficiently and effectively the investments of the company through daily monitoring of investment rates and available funds
Identifies needed requirements and account openings prior to investment
  • Ensures that good professional relationships are established and maintained with clients or third parties
Build and maintain strong relationship with banking partners to develop specific investment opportunities
  • Communicated and negotiates interest rates of Time Deposits to maximize interest earnings and chooses the best investment options for the company
Studies and analyze investment policies of the company and suggest improvements if any
  • Attend seminars that will increase and update the company regarding new trend in collection collection strategies
Identify current rates and compare existing rates to monitor the performance of the investment activities of the company
  • Updates and checks collection reports and identify bad debts and fully paid accounts
Maintains up to date documentation of all investment relationships
  • Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Educational Background
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Banking and Finance
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Work Location: Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna

Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
