HIRING: Rebar Estimator & Scheduler

Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Develop high-quality and accurate reinforcing steel placement drawings by analyzing the steels and identifying their amounts, forms, sizes, and locations from the designs and sketches.

Prepare shop drawings and bar bending schedules.

Interpret structural, civil, and architectural drawings to prepare a cutting list based on the design specifications.

Can read structural drawings to estimate the actual structural quantities.

• Qualifications:

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree with a major study in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.

Able to read and analyze plans and specifications.

Can strictly meet deadlines.

Demonstrated excellent time management and project management skills in keeping with customers delivery programs.

Team player with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Can work under minimum supervision.

Willing to work in Marikina City.
