  • Arrangement:
Work From Home (WFH)Nature of Business: Real Estate
  • Client: United States
Timezone: Eastern Time
  • Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Manage and organize transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other tasks essential to the transaction process.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of files
Tech-savvy, proficient with various tools and software
  • Tools/ Software to use:
Real Estate Transaction Software (Brivity, Dotloop, Docusign, etc.)
  • CRM Systems
Google Workspace
  • Technical requirements:
Must have a stable internet connection
  • Must have own laptop or desktop
