Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.- Liaise with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Manage and organize transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other tasks essential to the transaction process.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator- Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of files
Tech-savvy, proficient with various tools and software
Real Estate Transaction Software (Brivity, Dotloop, Docusign, etc.)
Google Workspace
Must have a stable internet connection- Must have own laptop or desktop
