- Rate: 150 PHP/hour

Qualifications:
- Engage with potential business partners on LinkedIn and arrange B2B meetings.
- Organize pre-qualified face-to-face meetings for Fridays and manage the calendar efficiently.
- Perform cold calling for B2C leads and schedule meetings.
- Prepare financial strategy documents and conduct calculations in preparation for client meetings.
- Curate and manage lists of property options based on client requirements.
- Compile and prepare investment information packs with detailed suburb and property research.
- Maintain email communications with clients to follow up and respond to all email inquiries
Responsibilities:
- At least 1 year of experience in either mortgage brokering, financial planning, property investment or telemarketer.
- Familiar with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate databases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a HUGE plus
