About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Scraper/Social Media Specialist to join our team, focused on the residential real estate and buyer's agency sector. You will play a key role in property searching, data scraping, data entry, and client communication, all while maintaining brand consistency across social media platforms. This role requires full-time availability with the ability to work Saturdays, ensuring comprehensive support for our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Property Searching & Data Scraping

Conduct targeted property searches based on pre-set criteria within the residential real estate space.

Utilize advanced data scraping techniques to gather, analyze, and manage property information.

Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data collected, maintaining up-to-date records.

2. Data Entry & CRM Management

Accurately input and manage property and client-related data in our CRM system, Zoho.

Regularly update records to reflect current and accurate client information.

Ensure data is well-organized for ease of access and use by team members.

3. Social Media Management

Manage and engage on client-facing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Interact with clients through comments, threads, and messages, ensuring high engagement and responsiveness.

Maintain consistent branding and voice across all platforms to enhance brand identity and client trust.

4. Public Relations Support

Assist in managing public relations efforts, including TV or podcast appearances.

Coordinate with PR teams to ensure positive media coverage and effective outreach, representing the brand in a professional manner.

5. Client Communication

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email.

Provide helpful, accurate information, maintaining a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in data scraping, property searching, and CRM management.

Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems.

Prior experience in the real estate sector, specifically within the residential buyer's agency, is essential.

Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a focus on client engagement.

Background in public relations for TV or podcast is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information management.

Excellent written communication skills, particularly for client interactions.

Ability to multitask, managing various social media accounts simultaneously and efficiently.

Familiarity with Canva for content creation is a plus.

Skilled in data extraction techniques, particularly related to real estate data.
