About the Role: Oversee real estate transactions and manage a team of Channel Partners

Job Responsibilities:

Manage relationship with key channel partners and ensure top level of service

Coordinating with partners and brokers for daily activities and coordinate with walkins for the Companys projects

Assisting the partners and brokers in ensuring that their marketing activities is as per the Companys master strategy

Achieving sales targets set out by the Company from time to time

Generating referrals from partners and brokers in the effort of widening the Companys partners and brokers network

Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring a higher possible conversion rate

Support teams in retention, grievances and the performance of properties onboarded to achieve growth and hit sales

targets

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Required Skills:

Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making

Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.

Strong in building and maintaining the relationship with channel partners

Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification and Experience:

Master's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Real Estate/Sourcing.
