Job Description:
We are a leading property development company based in Melbourne, seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Caller. This role will primarily involve reaching out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our properties by submitting a form through our various ads, property listings or via our website.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with approximately 30 new prospects each day that have personally enquired, through our online advertising, to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements and gauge their interest in our properties.
2. Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with leads to build a rapport, answer questions, and nurture the relationship.
3. Sales Pitch: Provide a persuasive and engaging sales pitch to potential clients, emphasising the unique features and advantages of our property developments.
4. Information Gathering: Collect and record essential client information, including contact details, preferences, and potential objections.
5. Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
1. Sales Experience: A successful candidate should have previous experience in sales, preferably in outbound calling.
2. Communication Skills: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Personality: Possess a confident and bubbly personality to engage and connect with potential clients effectively.
4. Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach to understanding and meeting the needs of potential buyers.
5. Organized: Ability to manage a large number of leads, maintain records, and follow up on tasks diligently.
6. Reliability: We are looking for a very reliable candidate who also has reliable internet connection.
*Working Hours:
- This is a part-time position.
We are looking for someone to align with our sales team hours in Australia. The role has the opportunity to advance to full-time.
