Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Real Estate Sales Head located in Taguig. The Real Estate Sales Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing real estate sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the Real Estate Sales Head will be involved in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Real Estate License and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
