REAL ESTATE MARKETING MANAGER ( With 4 ready sales person)

As a Real Estate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and supervising agents, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Real estate marketing managers typically work in office settings, but they may also spend time visiting properties and meeting with clients. The job often involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and attend networking events or property viewings.

• Job Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents.

• Set performance targets and provide guidance and support to help agents achieve their goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property buyers, sellers, and investors.

• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Stay informed about industry updates and changes in real estate legislation to ensure business practices are in accordance with legal requirements.

Oversee the preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transactions.

• Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal requirements.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

With PRC and DHSUD accreditation.
