• Job Description

Craft compelling pitch decks and comprehensive offering memorandums tailored specifically for multifamily investment sales.

• Conduct thorough underwriting of multifamily properties, including inputting information, pricing, and analyzing sales and rent comparisons.

Prepare comprehensive sales pitch proposals (mostly in PowerPoint) from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Convert proposals into offering memorandums (OMs) to effectively showcase property listings.

Prepare and distribute email blasts for off-market deals, listed deals, sold deals, and market updates.

• Manage offers and listing agreements (LAs) through Zipforms.

• Role Qualifications

Strong prior experience in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field

• Minimum of

2-3 years of experience in real estate analysis, deal underwriting, and market research Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
