Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outbound Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients in the real estate market who are looking for funding or refinancing options. This role involves making outbound calls, sending emails, and creating a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, researching leads, and utilizing databases to generate interest in our services
  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our funding and refinancing options
  • Pipeline Creation: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Email Outreach: Draft and send targeted email campaigns to potential clients, highlighting our services and encouraging responses
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging

Requirements


Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in outbound calling or lead generation, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of real estate funding and refinancing processes is advantageous
