Job Title: Real Estate Associate
Location: Vasco Da Gama, Goa
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 4 Lac to 5 Lac CTC
Experience: 4-5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential lands, flats, or projects for development or sale.
- Assess and analyze the value of properties to determine competitive market prices.
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale or rent, including detailed descriptions and photographs.
- Coordinate property viewings and provide potential buyers or tenants with relevant information.
- Negotiate sales contracts or rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, legal regulations, and financing options.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on property performance, market trends, and sales activities for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the buying or renting process.
