Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Real Estate Management.
Minimum of at least 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry.- Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, a plus.
Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer, an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
Above average report writing skills (Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuation reports).- Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure; can render Overtime, if needed.
- Must be willing to work on office based set-up and a resident near Makati City.
Willing to travel for site inspections (local & abroad).- Available to start anytime.
