Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate and Sales Head to oversee our socialized housing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with clients, overseeing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful completion of real estate transactions within the socialized housing sector. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly within the socialized housing segment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on project developments and address any concerns.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional advertising, to increase brand awareness and attract potential buyers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors, informing marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Project Management:
Oversee the entire real estate development process, from project planning and land acquisition to construction and sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Legal and Compliance:
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to real estate transactions and socialized housing projects.
  • Ensure all sales transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including contracts, documentation, and disclosures.
Collaborate with legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed to address legal matters and resolve compliance issues.
  • Qualifications:
Licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in real estate sales and management, with a focus on socialized housing or affordable housing projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Valid real estate license or certification preferred.
