Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Ortigas Land Corporation. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include showing properties, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with market trends and property values and maintaining a strong network within the real estate industry.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in marketing and promoting real estate properties
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
