We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized
Administrative Assistant to join our team, based in Manila. The primary responsibilities of this role include proficient data entry and newsletter distribution to property owners and potential clients in Australia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records of sales leads and engaging property owners through newsletters to attract potential landlords for property management services. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Accurately input sales leads and relevant data into the company's system in a timely manner.- Ensure all information is current and properly categorized for easy access and analysis.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and leads.
- 2. Newsletter Distribution
Compile and distribute newsletters to property owners and potential clients in Australia.
- Develop engaging content to attract and inform property owners about our property management services.
Monitor newsletter engagement and adjust content strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- 3. Administrative Support
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.- Provide support to other team members as necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.- Experience with email marketing platforms or software for designing and distributing electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software to create visually appealing newsletters and promotional materials are advantageous.
- Data analysis skills for extracting insights from sales leads and client data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knows how to communicate in the Chinese language (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Proficiency in data entry and experience with database management systems.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with property management industry concepts is a plus
.Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, QC.
