The Radiologic Technologist shall provide information to diagnose patient's illnesses by operating radiologic equipment to produce radiographs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure and maintain a patient-ready room, supplies, and equipment.
Asses, evaluate, and test patients.- Prepare and position patients for imaging.
Attend to patient needs during imaging procedures
- Apply and maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiation protection and safety practices
Independently perform or assist a licensed practitioner in performing procedures such as, X-ray and ultrasound exams.
