The
Research & Development Specialist is responsible for conducting research and development of new menu concepts/products and the enhancement of existing menu items of the Brands. These efforts must result in meeting consumer needs, demands, maintaining high food quality standards and meeting profitability guidelines that are compatible with operational systems.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Nutrition & Dietetics, Culinary or any related field.
- 3 years of experience with a focus on research and development functions; With relevant experience in food manufacturing and/or restaurant industry.
Knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques and equipment operation.- Familiar with local food regulations, basic food safety requirements, and quality assurance.
Strong project management and research skills.
- Creative and passionate in developing new products.
Exposed to new food trends.- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong and can start ASAP
