Function: Project Lead for Bakery & Confectionary Category. This role is pivotal in driving product innovation and ensuring a good flavor collection management.
- Manage evaluation and application of flavors in bakery and confectionary products, considering taste, legislation, technical suitability, and cost.
- Collaborate with R&D team to develop and improve formulations and coordinate with the relevant stakeholder to offer the best solutions in a timely manner and following the prerequisites.
- Maintain a safe and organized lab environment in compliance with company safety and EH&S policies.
- Manage flavor selection, application, and optimization for new and existing products.
- Work with Sensory manager to conduct sensory evaluations and ensure product consistency.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients. Create and present concept presentations, flavours, and support trials.
- Monitor trends and innovations within the bakery and confectionary industry.
