R&D / FOOD TECHNOLOGIST
Qualifications:
- Candidate must BS Food Technology graduate or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience as food technologist
- Has knowledge in Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Engineering and Sensory Evaluation of foods.
- Evaluate flavor submissions from suppliers and give recommendation
- Design and establish process parameters and product specification prior to mass or commercial production
- Conducts panel testing, prepares sensory evaluation results, and monitor shelf-life studies of experimental products.
- Trouble-shooting of technical problems encountered in the production / operation.
- Familiar with government regulations on manufacturing
- Knowledgeable on laboratory equipment
