Experience in preparing quotes (non-negotiable)

At least one year of sales experience (non-negotiable) Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in a promotional products company is a plus

Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Proficient in using email software and office suite

This fully remote position supports an Australian client in the promotional products industry. As a Quotes Officer | Sales Support, your primary responsibility is to provide accurate and timely quotes for sales managers, maintain good relationships with suppliers, and manage multiple jobs efficiently.

• Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quotes

• Provide options based on client needs

Build relationships with suppliers

• Liaise with Australian and international suppliers

Assist Sales Managers with:

• Checking or requesting artwork

Creating sales invoices

• Moving orders to production

Ordering samples

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
