CASHIER RESPONSIBILITIES- Receives payments in the form of cash, check, or credit card transactions for all merchandise purchased/rendered.
Assists customers with various questions typically related to payment, account balance, or item purchased.- Balances cash drawer and provides the daily sales report
Prepares and performs cash and check deposits. Receives and records cash and check payments from credit care companies
- Prepares relevant cash and accounting-related reports, such as credit charge slip summary, EWT summary, and O.R.
Performs store opening and closing activities, and provides assistance in counter operations.
At least College level of any course- At least 1-year experience in POS transactions

- BOOK SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets customer requirements within the store premises and provides accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services
- Attends to customer needs such as book inquiries, title location, and book content, and recommends the appropriate books and merchandise
Arranges and displays books and merchandise in the respective sections- Recommends new titles and re-orders existing titles based on inventory, sales movement, and customer needs, interests, and requests
Participates in shipment-receiving procedures by checking the accuracy of shipment contents, placing the proper price tags, and performing other related tasks Acts as a reliever for counter duties (i.e. baggage, customer service) and assists in the implementation of marketing activities within store premises
- BOOK SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS
Has basic knowledge of the Japanese language (preferably reading) Excellent customer service skills Knowledgeable in Merchandise display

Respond to customer inquiries in-store
- Assist customers with requests such as but not limited to reservations, transfers, special orders, returns, etc.
Able to prioritize inquiries and anticipate customer requests and responses
- CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years in College- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
Must be fluent in verbal and written English and intermediate in verbal and written Tagalog
