Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 yrs experience in handling various projects from horizontal to vertical residential development.- Proficient in microsoft applications
Excellent in Oral and Written Communication skills
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
Ensures that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications oversee the selection and requisition of materials.- Liaises with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Carries out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects.
- Monitors the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors for structural and architectural and fit-out works.
Participates in planning and efficiently organizes the site in order to meet agreed deadlines.- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Prepare reports as required.
- Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Effectively assists in preparing various construction documents, billing, biddings and permits.- Strictly adheres to the budgetary guidelines, timeline, safety and quality standards.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required from time to time.
